The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourn with the Shackleford family on the transition of Mr. Adrian D. Shackleford, of 1000 Doctors Dr. Apt# 110, who passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020, at Duke University Hospital.

Graveside Services will be on Friday, April 24, 2020, at 1:00 PM at Southview Cemetery.  A public visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2017, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Due to social distancing for the COVID-19 pandemic, a public floating visitation will be limited to 10 at a time and funeral services will be limited to 50 people, which is consistent with the current recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
