Mrs. Alice Charlene Moore Hines, 59 of 3261 Middle Street Kinston departed this life Wednesday December 30, 2009 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday January 2, 2009 at 2 PM from the Grifton Chapel Church of Christ Disciples of Christ with Bishop Edward Pollock officiating. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her loving memory husband Roy Roger Hines of the home, mother Sarah W. Moore of Kinston, 1 daughter Corona Hines Kerr of Georgia, 4 brothers WIlliam Moore of Florida, Carlton Moore, Darryl Moore, Harvey Moore all of Kinston, 5 sisters June Burney, Toni Burney Falvette Jenkins, Carol Graham, all of Kinston and Felicia Horton of PA, 4 grandchildren. Viewing will be held Friday January 1, 2009 3 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. Professional services entrusted to Swinson Funeral Service.
