Allen (Stephon) Marshburn

With sorrow filled hearts the staff of R. Swinson Funeral Service announces the death of Mr. Stephon Marshburn, 54 years old, who passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at home in Knightdale, NC.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2015 at 1:00 PM from the St. Augustus AME Zion Church with Reverend Julian Pridgen officiating. Burial will take place in the Pinelawn Memorial Park. A public visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 4:00-5:30 PM from the Robert Swinson Memorial Chapel and from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.  from the St. Augustus AME Zion Church.

Survivors include: two daughters, Stephanie McKnight of Kinston and Jasmine Black of Atlanta, Georgia; his mother, Jean Marshburn of Kinston; one brother, Ryan Marshburn of Highpoint, NC; one sister, Pamela Williams of Kinston; and three grandchildren.
