The Staff & Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services  joins in sorrow with the family of Ms. Andrea Joyner, 51 years old, of 1608 Charlotte Ave. passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at home.

Services will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM from the First Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend John Flowers officiating. Burial will take place in the Southview Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

​Survivors include: two sons, Corenzo Joyner of Mooresville, NC and Willie Flowers, Jr. of Fort Campbell,  Kentucky; one daughter, Mahaganie  Flowers of Kinston; her mother, Mary Pittman of Kinston; her father, Herbert Pittman of Grifton; one brother, Herbert Pittman, Jr. of Kinston; and one sister, Hernika Pittman-Cannon of Kinston.; and four grandchildren.
