Mrs. Bertha Williams, 83 of 1505 Queens Road Kinston departed this life Wednesday evening November 25, 2009 at Britthaven of Kinston. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 5, 2009 at 1 PM from the Swinson Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Lynwood Williams and Rev. Lewis Devlin officiating. Entombment will follow in the Pinelawn Memorial Park. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, husband Dennis Lee Williams of the home, 5 daughters Patricia Ann Brewer and Shirley Jean Richmond both of Kinston, Mary Elizabeth Devlin, JoAnn Whitted, and Rosalind Graham all of Winston Salem NC, 1 sister Minnie Deloris Wooten of Winston Salem NC, 15 grandchildren and a host grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Friday December 4, 2009 3 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. Professional services entrusted to Swinson Funeral Service.
