With sorrowful hearts, the staff of Swinson Funeral Services would like to announce the passing of, 87 year old, Ms. Bessie Irean Johnson Greene of 218 Johnson Street. She passed from labor to reward on Monday, August 12, 2013 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
A Homegoing Celebration will take place 11:00AM Sunday, August 18, 2013 at St. John Church of Christ Disciples of Christ with General Vice Bishop Malcolm Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7PM Friday, August 16, 2013.
