Bessie Mae Taylor Dunk

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Dunk, Taylor and Smith Families announce the transition of Mrs. Bessie Mae Taylor Dunk of 900 Phillips Road on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at her home.

Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, April 29, 2023 from St. Peter COC DOC Church, burial to follow in Oak Hill Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 4 to 6pm from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.  

Mrs. Dunk is preceded in death by her husband-Clyde Dunk.  Her survivors  include her mother-Mary Taylor Smith of KInston, one son-Darrick Dunk of New Jersey, one daughter-Clynita Dunk of New Jersey, five grands and a host of other relatives and friends.
