PHILIADELPHIA, PA – Bettie Jane Lawson, 73, formerly of 513 Lincoln Street in Kinston died Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Brookside Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014 at United Gospel Outreach Church with Pastor Dan Lawson officiating. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 – 7 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2014 at Swinson Funeral Service Inc.
