The Staff & Management of R.  Swinson Funeral Services join in sorrow with the family of Mr. Bobby Ray Hoover , 75, of 419 Levi Lane who passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016  at home.

He is survived by: one sister, Susie Joyner of Alabama; one brother, Charles Hoover of Kinston; and Mary Penuel of Morehead City; and two grandchildren an two great grandchildren.
