Brittny Yvonne Simmons

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Simmons Family announces the transition of 37 year old Miss Brittny Yvonne Simmons of 2427 Keaton Ave. Charlotte, NC., formerly of Kinston, who died Monday, August 8, 2022.  Service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, August 14, 2022 from  St. Augustus AME Zion Church, burial to follow in Mills Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 4 to 6pm from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.  She is survived by her mother-Darlene Simmons of Kinston, one son-Brayden Simmons, two brothers-Ontio Davidson of Greenville, and Vincent Rouse of Tennessee, two sisters-Tashanna Porter of California, and Ruby Telsee of Maryland and a host of other relatives and friends.
