Mrs. Catherine Smith, of Kinston departed this life Tuesday October 20, 2009 at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville. Funeral services will be held on Sunday October 25, 2009 at 2 PM from the Swinson Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Quincey Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Bright Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her loving memory 1 son Joe Smith of the home, 1 daughter Katherine S. Coward of Kinston and 1 grandchild. Viewing will be held on Saturday October 24, 2009 3 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. Professional services entrusted to Swinson Funeral Service.
