Mr. Cleveland Kirkman, 75 of 305 1/2 Vernon Ave. Departed this life Wednesday January 20, 2010 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Sunday January 24, 2010 at 2 PM from the Swinson Funeral Service Chapel witht the Rev. George Fields officiating. Entombment will follow on Monday January 25, 2010 at 1 PM at the Hampton Memorial Gardens in Hampton VA. He leaves to cherish his loving memory 4 sons James Kirkman of New Port News VA, Gary Kirkman and Gilbert Kirkman both of Hampton VA and Cleveland Kirkman of Portsmouth VA, 1 sister Rosetta Baker of Kinston, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
