With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Yates Family announce the transition of 65-year-old Mr. Dennis Yates on Monday, March 4, 2024, at UNC Lenoir Health Care.
Left to cherish the memory of Dennis Yates; wife- Geraldine Yates of the home. His sons; Shinoal Yates of South Carolina, and Pomorantz Yates of Snow Hill, NC. Brother- Jasper J. Yates of Kinston, NC. He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 12-noon Saturday, March 16, 2024, at St. Peter COC with Elder Tyrone Haney officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Pinelawn Memorial Park. A Public visitation will be held Friday evening in the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.
