The Staff & Management of Swinson Funeral Services joins in sorrow with the family of Ms. Doris D. Aytch, 83 of 804 E. Bright Street, Apt. 29-D, died Monday, May 9, 2016 at her home.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the St. James AME Church. Committal services will take place in the Southview Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 from 4:00-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Survivors include: two daughters, Vickie Aytch-Powell of Kinston, Carlisa Darden of Texas; two sons, Jimmie Aytch of Kinston and Billy Aytch of Baltimore, Maryland; one brother, Robert Aytch of Arkansas; one sister, Lillie P. Aytch of Kinston; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. .
