Dorothy Morris

With sorrowful hearts, that staff of Swinson Funeral Services would like to announce the death of 90 year old Ms. Dorothy Rea Morris of 1727 Freedom Rd. which passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2011 from the Lenoir Memorial Hospital.

A celebration of life will held Thursday, December 22, 2011 from the Banks Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James King officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinlawn Memorial Park.

Survivors include one son: Charlie Morris of Kinston, two daughters: Evelyn Russell, and Barbara Johnson both of Kinston, one brother; Sinclair Gray of New Jersey, four sisters; Vicy Green of Philadelphia, PA, Pearlia Staten of kinston, Susie Gray of Kinston, and Flora Rouse of Kinston,6 grandchildren, 13 Great grands, and one great great grand and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from the Robert A. Swinson Jr. Memorial.
