Swinson Funeral Services announce the death of Mr. Henry Lee Hicks,56, of 412 Yogi St., which passed away on Wednesday Evening April 6, 2011 at home.

The funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 15, from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel with Apostle Margo Garner officiating. Survivors include daughters Arthenia Hicks, Myesha Parks, and Monica Herring, all of Kinston, Carolyn Newborn of Grifton; sons Tijuan Hicks, Michael Hicks and David Herring, all of Kinston, Joseph Newborn of Greenville, Henry Hicks Jr. and Marquez Outlaw of Grifton; brother Jimmy Morgan of Kinston; and 10 grandchildren.
