Swinson Funeral Services would like to announce the death of 64 year old, Mr. Illie Dawson of Kinston which passed away on May 31, 2012 from the Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC

A homegoing service was held Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from the First Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Alphonso Dudley officiating. Burial will then follow in the Pinelawn Memorial Park.
