The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourn with the Speight family on the transition of Mr. James T. Speight, of 1004 Harding Ave, who passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 peacefully at home

Services will be on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at noon at United American FWB Tabernacle. Burial will take place in the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 2:00 PM. A public visitation will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Left to cherish his memory: loving wife, Elizabeth; daughters, Mary Holmes (Larry) and Astrid Speight-Littlejohn (Antwann); sons, Bruno Speight, Julian Busbee, Tony Smith, James Speight ll. and Julian Speight; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two step children, two step grandchildren, sister-in-law, Lonnie Speight; a dear cousin Willie Shaw and a host of loving relatives and friends.
