With sorrowful hearts, the staff of Swinson Funeral Service wish to extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathy in the passing of 33 year old, Jerry Lavonne Hart. He passed Saturday, May 31, 2014 at his residence.

Funeral services will be 1: 00 PM Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Bread of Life Gospel Tabernacle with Elder Russell Rouse officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
