Jessie Jones

Mrs. Jessie M. Jones, 80, of 631 E. Washington Ave. slipped away peacefully on June 5, 2009 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 11, 2009 1 PM at Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. William Waters officiating. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery. She is survived by 3 sons Larry Jones of Kinston, Bobby Jones of Virginia, Willie Laughinghouse, 5 daughters Janice Ammons of Deep Run NC, Jesse Ann Pigford and Hilda Kirkman both of Snow Hill NC, Alfreda Nobles, of Kinston and Ernestine Jones of Maryland, 1 sister Virginia McGill of Atlantic City NJ and 15 Grandchildren.Viewing will be held on Wednesday June 10, 2009 3 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at other times at 1119 1/2 N. Queen Street Kinston. Arrangements by Swinson Funeral Service.
