The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourn with the family on the death of Mr. Johnny William Shepherd, of 301 Hickory St (LaGrange)., who transitioned to his new heavenly home on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center.

Services will be on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 12:00 PM at Savannah FWB Church. Burial will take place in the Pinelawn Memorial Park. A public visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

He is survived by: his loving wife, Essie Shepherd of the home; one son, Brian Shepherd (Pinky) of Durham; one daughter, Camille Shepherd of Maryland; one sister, Kathi White of Philadelphia;  one granddaughter, Caitlin Arielle Shepherd of Durham and host of family and friends.
