Josephine Scott

Mrs. Josephine Aytch Scott, 91, of 111 W. South St., departed this life Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at Swinson Funeral Service with the Rev. Henry Langley officiating. Burial will follow in Grant Cemetery, Snow Hill. Survivors include daughters Deloris Collins of Kinston, Minnie A. Simmons of Maryland; brothers Charles Aytch, Jimmy Aytch and Reginald Aytch, all of Kinston, William Aytch of New York; sisters Shirley Hall and Ratia Cannon of Kinston, Patricia Gooding of Greenville; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 at the funeral home. Professional services entrusted to Swinson Funeral Service.
