Mr. Lenvert Rhem 71, formerly of Kinston departed this life Monday October 19, 2009 at St. Thomas More Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Maryland. Funeral services will be held on Monday October 26, 2009 at 1 PM from the Rhema Word Christian Center with Bishop J. P. Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his loving memory 1 son Lenvert Rhem of Alabama, 6 daughters Rosemary Warner of Garner NC, Linda Farmville of Virginia, Sylvia Thigpen of Maryland, Merna Hargrove, Hope Mills NC, Melisa Casom of Hope Mills NC, Angel Allen of Virginia, 2 brothers Leo Rhem, Wayne Rhem of Kinston NC, 4 sisters Edna James, Viola Whitfield, Dinnia Whitfield, all of Kinston Patricia Rhem California, 19 Grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Sunday October 25, 2009 4 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. Professional services entrusted to Swinson Funeral Service.
