Deaconess Lola G. Williams

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Williams Family announce the transition of 91 year old Deaconess Lola G. Williams of 1758 Capstone Lodge Lane, Kinston, NC (Graninger Station Community) on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at UNC Lenoir Health Care. 

Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, February 11, 2023 from Grifton Chapel Church of Christ Disciples of Christ Church in Grifton, NC, burial to follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 4 to 6 pm from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Williams is survived by four sons-Ronnie Williams of Kinston, NC, Larry Williams of Fayetteville, NC, Johnny Williams and Donald Williams of Charlotte, NC, three daughters-Lola James, Diane Adams of Grifton and Jacqueline Morgan of New York a host grands, greatgrands, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
