With sorrow filled hearts the staff of R. Swinson Funeral Services announces the death of Ms. Martha Tyson who passed on Monday Oct. 17, 2016 at Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, S.C.

​Survivors include: one son, Eleazar Tyson, Jr.; four daughters, Debra Tyson of Kinston, Cecelia Tyson of New York,  Anita St. Louis of Kinston and Sonya Elcock-Holder of Kentucky.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 12:00 noon at the Church of Latter Day Saints with burial taking place in the Pinelawn Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.

The Tyson family appreciates all acts of kindness being shown to them during this time of bereavement. Please keep them in prayer.
