With heavy and sorrowful hearts, The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services join the Arthur family in announcing the transition of Mr. Martin Arthur of 2885 Kelly Road, Kinston. Who transitioned on August 26, 2024, at his home. 

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 6, 2024, from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow the Services at a later date in the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday evening from the funeral home.
