Marvin Rouse Sr. Obituary

Mr. Marvin E. Rouse Sr., age 75 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. He retired as the Director at the Department of Social Services in Edgecombe County. He was also a life member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.

 Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 4th at 11:00 AM at Second Missionary Baptist Church. Burial: Lafayette Memorial Park. There will be a public viewing on Friday, April 4th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.

 He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Rouse Sr. and Laura Mae Lawson Rouse; brother; Frank Rouse Jr. He is survived by his loving wife; Brenda Rouse, his daughter; Kimberly Rouse Hall (Harrison); his son, Marvin Earl Rouse Jr. (Montoya) ;his siblings; Virgil Pete Rouse, Veronica Starr (Kenneth), Audrey R. Nobles (James), Ellen Carol Rodriguez, Jennifer R. Henderson (Franklin), Karl H. Rouse, Anthony J. Rouse, Paula L. Rouse; six grandchildren; Hillary, Mason, Lennox, McKinley, Maya, and Micah, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
