Marzella Sumner

With heavy hearts, we, the staff and management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Sumner and extended families, announce the transition of Ms. Marzella Sumner, who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 22, 2023, at UNC Lenoir Hosptial in Kinston, NC.

Service will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 2:00 pm from the Rhema Word Christian Center, burial will take place a Mills Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 to 6pm from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Sumner is survived by one sister- Mary Styles of KInston and host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and other relatives and friends.
