The Staff & Mangement of R. Swinson Funeral Services joins in sorrow with the family of MSG. Freddie Lee Gooding, 67, of 2150 Hull Road who passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the North Carolina State Veterans Home.
Services are scheduled for Friday, January 13, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at the St. John FWB Church with Pastor John Flowers officiating. Burial will take place in the Southview Cemetery. A public visitation will be on Thursday, January 12, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 PM from Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
Survivors include: Robert Earl Gooding of Brooklyn, N.Y., Ronald Curtis Gooding (Mildred) of Montgomery, Ala., George Edward Gooding and Jonas Levon Gooding, both of Kinston, N.C.; two sisters, Joan R. Albertson (William) of Charlotte, N.C., Faye G. Simmons (Van) of Kinston; and one aunt, Sudie Bell Gooding of Kinston, N.C.
