Mrs. Pearlene Dupree, 47 of 523-A East Bright Street departed this life Thursday January 28, 2010 at University Health Care Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. Funeral services will be held on Friday Feb. 5, 2010 at 1 PM from the Greater Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. John Flowers officiating. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery. She is survived by one son Prince Willie Dupree of Kinston, 2 daughters Sherri Dupree of Fayetteville and Kenyartta Dupree of Kinston, 2 brothers Willie Price Dupree and Bobby Harper both of Kinston, 3 sisters Teresa Strong of Mount Olive NC, Virgi Herring of Kinston and Edna Bodnel of Arizona, 7 grandchildren.
