The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourns with the family on the passing of Mr. Robert Decarllo Hill, of 2401 Sparre Dr., who passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Services will be on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 12:00 PM at  New Christian Fellowship Center. Burial will take place in the Browntown  Memorial Cemetery.   A public visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
