Ronald Earl Jackson, 35, of 1606 Old Snow Hill Road, died Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, at the Gethsemane Seventh-Day Adventist Church with Minister Tyshawn Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery. Survivors include mother Corrine Davis of the home; son Ronald Earl Jackson Jr. of Kinston; daughters Niesha Jackson, Lyric Jackson, O'Nesti Jackson and Destiny Jackson of Kinston; brothers Howard Davis III of Kinston and Michael Jackson of Las Vegas; and sister LaToya Johnson of New Orleans. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.
