Shelton White

Shelton Demetre White, 54, of 206 Hill St., died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008, at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12 at Swinson Funeral Service with the Rev. Jerry Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Survivors include his daughter, LaSandra White of Charlotte; mother Laura V. White of the home; sisters Janice White of Kinston, Susan Coples of Stockbridge, Ga., Regina Clark of Goldsboro; and brother, Terry White of Raleigh. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the funeral home.
