With sorrowful hearts, the staff of Swinson Funeral Services would like to announce the death of Mr. Sherman Cotton, 70,  on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Hull Road Free Will Baptist Church. Dr. Andre Cannon will officiate the services. Committal services will take place in the LaGrange Cemetery.

Surviors include: wife, Laura Jones- Cotton of the home; sons: Jeffrey Cotton and Tyrone Cotton. Daughters: Antionette Cotton and Wanda Singleton.; Stepson: Andre Cannon. Brothers: Alfred Cotton, Sr., Lemuel Cotton and Robert Cotton.; Sisters: Emma Davis, Barbara Grier, Doris Robertson, Mildred Simmons, Eva  Lowery and Pauline White and host of relatives and friends.

Family & Friends are being received at 1415 Squire Street - Kinston, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral processional.
