Swannie Lee Brunston

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Brunston Family announce the transition of 92 year old Mrs. Swannie Lee Brunston of 1911 Oakmont Dr., Kinston, on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at UNC Lenoir Health Care.

Service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, May 18, 2024 from United Gospel Outreach Church.  Burial will follow in Mills Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel from 4 to 6pm.

Mrs. Swannie is survived by four sons-Nathaniel Brunston, Airroll Brunston, Reginald Brunston and Donald Brunston all of Kinston, six daughters-Pam Brunston, Carolyn Brunston, Gloria Bizzell, Emma Brunston, Malissa McCotter of Kinston and Belinda Harper of LaGrange, twenty eight grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren and eleven great, great grandchildren.
