The Staff & Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services joins in sorrow with the family of Mr. Tyrone Edwards, 66 years old, of 302 E. Highland Ave. who passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in the Va. Hospital in Durham.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM from the St. John AMEZ Church in Fort Barnwell, NC. A public visitation will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Survivors include: his mother, Helen Edwards of the home; one brother, Marlowe Edwards of Kinston; three sisters, Lena Edwards Butler of Jacksonville,  Perlena Edwards of Kinston and Betty Jo Young of Richmond, Va. ; and a host of other relatives and friends.
