With sorrowful hearts, The Staff & Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services wish to extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathy in the passing of Mrs. Veronica Harris-Wooten, who transitioned to her heavenly home on Sunday, February 19, 2017.

Funeral services will take place 1 pm Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the Jumping Run FWB Church. Burial will follow in Hines Cemetery. Visitation will take place Friday, February 24, 2017  from 4-7 pm at the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.

​Survivors include: her husband, Bernard Wooten of Kinston ; her father, Arthur Harris of LaGrange; her mother Glenda Smith of LaGrange; her brothers Gregory Harris of LaGrange and Arthur Harris Jr. Maryland; her sisters Alyce Harris of Kinston and Felicia Huchins of Kinston, and a host of other family members and friends.

The Harris and Wooten Family appreciates all acts of kindness being shown to them during this of bereavement.
