Mr. Wilber T. Sheppard 82 of 936 Sweet Amy Lane LaGrange NC died Wednesday July 29, 2009 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 1, 2009 at 1 PM from the Swinson Funeral Service Chapel with Minister Hilda Jones officiating. Burial to follow in the Southview Cemetery. She is survived by 3 daughters Doressa Uzzell of the home, Diane Bryant of Kinston and Dorothy Uzzell of Kinston, 1 brother Herman Sheppard of Jacksonville NC, 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Friday July 31, 2009 3 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. Professional services entrusted to Swinson Fuenral Service.
