With heavy hearts, we, the staff and management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, announce the transition of Mr. William Ruffin of Kinston, NC, who transitioned on June 2, 2024, at Harmony Hall Nursing Home.
A public viewing will be held at 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel, burial will follow the viewing at the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC.
Mr. Ruffin is survived by his wife-Teresa Ruffin of the home, three sons- William T. Ruffin, Michael E. Ruffin of Kinston and Robert N. Ruffin of Maryland, two daughters-Fatima of Greensboro and Porsche Bizzell of New Jersey, one sister-Lawanda Manning of New Jersey, eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
