With sorrow filled hearts the staff of R. Swinson Funeral Service announces the death of Mr. Willie R. Rouse, Jr., 66, of 408 Edgehill Road who passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Care One Memory Unit in Kinston, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, March 19, 2016 at 2:30 PM from Christian Fellowship Center in Browntown. Burial will take place in the Southview Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Survivors include: his wife, Roberta Rouse of the home; two daughters, Kellie Rouse of Kinston, and LaTorey Rouse of Raleigh; his mother Uzie Gibson of Kinston; and three grandchildren;  brothers, Gordon Rouse, Curtis Rouse, Oscar Rouse, Leon Rouse all of Kinston, and James Rouse of NJ, the Late Norman Rouse (Yovonne)  and the Late Willie Rouse; sisters, Emma Rouse of Pittsburg,  PA., Deloris Dawson (James) Washington, DC., Barbara Fields (Willie), Phyllis Lofton (Arthur), Kayola Rouse, Theon Rouse, Dorothy Rouse (Willie) and Ostray Hargett (Willie) of Kinston.

The Rouse Family appreciates all acts of kindness being shown to them during this of bereavement.
